MONEVA is a software tool designed for implementing Project Monitoring and Evaluation. Development of this tool is based on recommendation of Asian Development Bank and oriented on simplicity in use and economical effectiveness. The program is being used in Tajikistan Agriculture Rehabilitation Project. In near future additional information will be published on the site.
