Preface

Training being a way for transferring knowledges to other people is the best opportunity to realize own skills and experience. My 12-year experience in teaching includes work with children as well as with adults. However, mostly I conduct specialized courses for adult auditory. Moreover, I developed methods of preparing for authorized Microsoft exams and learning foreign words and phrases. Consulting experience in Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000 allows to achieve high appreciation of services by clients.

Development

SATR - the problem which student face at selecting the right course was revealed during providing numerous trainings. Nowadays there is a lot of courses and not only Microsoft . The students can not also assess their skills and ability to perceive information. It is evident especially in developing countries and former USSR area. System for Assessment Training Requirements (SATR) is targeted on mitigation the problem. SATR is an expert system which proposes several questions to be answered by students and after that list of courses sorted in order of priority will be offered to students. The system is still under development.

Testing system. In sphere of preparation for certified exams the common teaching methods are being used. In addition, the tool for testing student's knowledge was developed during training process. Core of the software is a simple algorithm based on showing the question on the screen and calculation of total score by selected answers. These questions are of greater interest. They may be practically used not only for trainings, but also for staff skills assessment.

Foreign languages. Learning of new words is the important issue for learning foreign languages. The methodology and software tool developed by me allow to study foreign words effectively and control the progress. Along with the words one can learn phrases as well. The methodology and software allow to achieve two aims - enrich vocabulary and improve spelling. The software is under the stage of preparation for circulation.
